We are small cater company that specializes in custom, catering, and farmers markets. We also do our best to gather all ingredients from 100 mile local radius.. We always incorporate as much local products as we can within season and within reason.

We have a small licensed kitchen, and we specialize and prepared products. These cold prepared items are typically at such as, chicken salad(s), pimento cheese, hummus(s) , salsa, pasta, salads, pickles, etc..

We also have our own brand of barbecue sauce and seasonings that has started to ship nationwide and started to expand our business model. We like to choose these cold products at Farmers Markets, that way we can offer them at farmers markets, and encourage all of our customers, including those that are SNAP/Match eligible because we do not like to limit our customer base..
