Art on Fire Studio
Vendor
Art on Fire Studio is a creative, family-friendly, fired-arts studio in Winter Haven offering paint-your-own pottery, clay handbuilding, fused glass, mosaics, seasonal projects and hands-on workshops for all ages. Our mission is to make high-quality art experiences accessible, approachable and genuinely fun for families, kids, and adults alike.
At markets, we feature ready-to-paint pottery, take-home DIY kits, make-and-take mini projects and seasonal gift items created in-studio. We emphasize craftsmanship, instructor-guided creativity and community engagement. We actively partner with local schools, small businesses, homeschool groups and nonprofit groups throughout Polk County.
We are a locally owned, women-run, small business focused on bringing approachable art experiences directly into the community.
Regina Montesano Schilling
Regina Montesano Schilling launched Art on Fire Studio after a 30+ year career in financial technology where she specialized in business analysis, process optimization and operational strategy. As she began planning her long-term transition into retirement, Regina chose to redirect her analytical discipline and project-driven approach toward the one thing that consistently fueled her interest: hands-on, community-centered creative work.
At Art on Fire Studio, Regina applies the same structured thinking she brought to fintech - workflow design, customer experience modeling, financial controls and strategic planning - to build a studio that is both artistically vibrant and operationally sound. She develops curriculum across clay handbuilding, pottery painting, fused glass and mosaic work, leads workshops and camps and manages community partnerships, pop-up markets and studio events.
Her focus is straightforward: deliver high-quality, approachable art experiences while maintaining strong margins and a sustainable business model. Art on Fire Studio is the product of that balance—where Regina’s professional rigor and creative passion meet.
