For over 15 years, we’ve been proudly roasting small-batch, Specialty grade coffee in the Rogue Valley. Our focus is not only on delivering exceptional coffee but also on making a positive impact through sustainable and ethical practices. To be clear ALL the coffee we buy is Organic; howevere our facility is not Certified. That is why you will NOT see us use that word at our booth, in accordance with Market Rules.

We prioritize sourcing coffee through the Fair Trade system, ensuring that farmers receive fair wages and support for their communities. We are especially committed to supporting women-owned farms, empowering them in the global coffee industry.

In addition to ethical sourcing, we work hard to minimize our environmental footprint. We recycle used coffee grounds and burlap bags by redirecting them to local Organic farms and worm casting producers. We also reduce our carbon footprint by purchasing coffee through a regional importer, allowing us to consolidate shipments and maximize transport efficiency.
