I'm Adrian Billups, the proud owner of 7 Cities Seafood & Scratch Kitchen, a mobile food truck and trailer serving the North Texas area. After moving to Texas three years ago, I noticed a significant gap in the market for authentic seafood that truly satisfied. What started as a humble food truck dream quickly evolved when I realized that many locals weren't as enthusiastic about seafood. To cater to a wider audience, I expanded our menu to offer something for everyone—from mouthwatering smash burgers and crispy chicken strips to delicious seafood specialties.
I'm passionate about creating an inclusive dining experience, emphasizing quality ingredients and flavors that resonate with all taste buds. In addition to our daily offerings, we also provide catering for various events, bringing the vibrant taste of our kitchen to your special occasions.
