Hot Infrared Isometric and High Intensity Interval Training

HOTWORX is an infrared hot exercise studio that offers members 24-hour access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts. Our members achieve their fitness goals with 3D Training--our powerful combination of heat, infrared energy, and exercise combines to help members achieve more workout in less time. We also provide members with a functional FX Zone--an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, dumbbells, and other equipment is available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines.
