Bits n Pieces Picky Pads

My name is Heather Verna and I create and make picky pads. They come in multiple shapes that are about 4in X 4in and an inch or so thick. They are designed to help with many different disorders such as adhd, panic disorders, skin, nail and hair picking just to name a few. They are made from silicone and are filled with many different size beads. I also have a line that is filled with beads and mini building block sets. After the blocks are all picked out they can then be made into the character or animal the set makes. The act of picking out the embedded beads provides a sensory experience that can help redirect attention to help calm the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. They are also a great portable toy for parents who could use a little peace and quiet around the house, in a restaurant or on a plane!
