Our sourdough is naturally fermented for deep flavor and easy digestion, with varieties such as Olive & Feta, Jalapeño Cheddar, Turmeric, Seeded, Garlic & Rosemary, Activated Charcoal, Cinnamon, and Classic White.

We also bring authentic Armenian pastries to the market — including Baklava, Gata (sweet bread filled with nuts and butter), Honey Cake, Bird’s Milk Cake, Sweet Sujukh (walnut candy in grape molasses), and Poppy Seed Cookies.
