We moved to Charlotte, NC in 1978 and started cooking Old Fashioned Fudge and selling at Flea Markets, Art & Craft Shows, Music Festivals and other Special events throghout the southeast. In 1986 we quit the Fudge business and started selling fair foods which we still sell today. Our menu is simple: Soft Serve served from a vintage Gazebo, Hand Dipped Foot Long Corn Dogs, 9" Fluffy Funnel Cakes, Fried Oreo's, Lemonade and Fresh Brewed Tea. At some events we offer a Hand Breaded Fresh Chicken Tender Fry Basket.

This is just a fun business! We see our customers for just a few minutes but it feels good to bring joy to the children and adults alike. We as a team are professional, clean, friendly and customer satisfaction is our goal.
