Granary Bakehouse is a true ARTISAN bakery: all of our products are crafted by hand daily, no chemicals, no artificial ingredients, they should last only 24-48 hours. No 6 months shelf life here. Selma Palad the Owner/Head Baker has 15+ years of experience in the Hospitality industry and her professional formation as a Pastry Chef/Baker is what sets her apart to lead this business to a lasting relationship with this community.
