We’re a local food trailer in Rockville Maryland, we specialize in Mexican food, we source heirloom corn from different regions of Mexico, we cook the corn in a process called nixtamalization and then grind it in our stone mill which gives us fresh masa that we use for our tacos, quesadillas, tostadas etc

For farmers markets we usually do a 10x10 tent set up, as is easier for us to transport and set up.
