Humble Burger

Humble Burger started as a food stand at the Moscow Farmer's Market in 2014. We had a great time, and people seemed to enjoy our food. We opened a real-live physical location in September of 2015.

At HB, our goal is to balance a few principles that are important to us. We believe that everyone should have access to great food. We believe that our neighbors grow great food. We believe that our employees deserve great wages. We also believe in supporting local arts, so we regularly host live music and feature local art on our walls. We believe in loving our neighbors, and so we try to hold all of these things together and still make a few bucks. So far, so good.
