.Our bakery sells Authentic Caribbean Rum Cakes. We are very well known in the Northeast. Our bakery is located in Troy, NY. We are a family owned and operated bakery, since 1979. All of our cakes are prepackaged and we cook nothing on site. We do festivals in Maryland, Conn, Mass, NY, & NJ. We were just checking to see how we could become vendors at this upcoming event.
