With nearly 30 years of experience in restaurant leadership, culinary instruction, consulting, and global flavor development, he brings a well-rounded approach to every product. Rooted in his El Paso heritage and shaped by time spent in the Pacific Northwest, his work reflects both culture and technique. Proceeds support the creation of his upcoming Five & Two Food Co. food truck/trailer—an expansion of his mission to serve and inspire through food.
