Farmworkers Institute of Education and Leadership Development

The Farmworkers Institute of Education & Leadership Development (FIELD) empowers individuals through education, training, and service. Founded by César E. Chávez, FIELD provides opportunities for adults to earn a high school diploma through EPIC de Cesar Chavez High School and gain hands-on workforce experience through the Cesar Chavez Environmental Corps (CCEC). Together, our programs build pathways in education, conservation, and career development—helping students and communities achieve self-sufficiency and lasting impact.
