Mountain Rays Handmade was initially founded by Brooke Shanelle in 2017 during a cross-country road trip in her beloved Ford conversion van. After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University, she decided to follow her artistic passion for fine silver jewelry, gemstones and handmade goods.
