I’m Dillon, the chef/owner of Sweet Andi’s Baked Goods, a San Antonio based cottage bakery named after my daughter, Andi. My husband and I are both professional chefs who spent years in large-scale culinary operations before deciding to pour that experience into something more personal. We focus on creating small-batch desserts that celebrate craft, nostalgia, and the seasons.

Every Sweet Andi’s display is fully curated to the event or time of year, from our signature Linzer cookies to our cake cups, bars, and buttercream desserts. It are brands intention to have each experience we bring to feel one-of-a-kind, approachable, and artfully presented. We bake everything fresh, using thoughtful ingredients and flavor profiles that rotate with each season, ensuring our customers always find something new and memorable.
