Soderlund Sourdough is a boutique sourdough bakery based in South Tampa, just south of Gandy — offering fresh, handcrafted breads and pastries for local pickup and delivery. Every bake begins in a shared commercial kitchen in Brandon, Florida, and carries forward a legacy that started generations ago in Chicago with my great-grandfather’s Fritz Bakery.

Inspired by his dedication to honest craftsmanship and community, Soderlund Sourdough blends old-world technique with fresh, local flavor. Each loaf is naturally leavened and made in small batches using ingredients like garden-grown basil and jalapeños from home-composted soil.

From crusty sourdoughs to tender cinnamon rolls, cookies, and sweet focaccias, every bake is made with care — and with purpose. A portion of proceeds supports local causes and community initiatives close to home here in Tampa Bay.
