We are a Lagree Studio opening in Tampa Bay off of N. Dale Mabry. We are currently in pre-sale and trying to reach out to the public with all things Lagree.
We are a low impact, high intensity fitness method performed on our Mega Formers, (Mega Pro's). Created by Sebastien Lagree. We are only one of a few Lagree Studios and the ONLY Lagree studio in the Tampa Bay area to have 14 Mega Pro's.
