Chef Richard Martínez has 25 years of culinary experience. He trained at San Juan Culinary School in Puerto Rico and then went to Spain to improve his skills and learn about paella's history, ingredients, and preferences.
He also lived in Kentucky for 9 years, where he expanded his culinary repertoire.
His cooking knowledge helped his wife overcome breast cancer and inspired him to offer a healthy experience using fresh products and no preservatives.
Main Dish: Mixed Valencian Paella
Prepared in a stainless-steel paella pan, following a traditional recipe with fresh ingredients: Chicken, Pork, Beef, Fresh vegetables and traditional spices (saffron, paprika, etc.), rice
Side Dish: Seafood Salad, Served in individual 10-ounce containers, made with a mix of fresh seafood and a light dressing.
Preparation Method:
• Paella is cooked on-site, ensuring freshness and an irresistible aroma.
• Food is handled following health and safety regulations.
