Field to Fork Urban Farm is a women-led, multi-generational farm in Coquitlam specializing in boutique and specialty microgreens. While many growers focus on staples like sunflower, pea, radish, and broccoli, our strength is in offering unique varieties such as wasabi mustard, garlic chives, garnet amaranth, arugula, dill, cilantro, purple kohlrabi, red cabbage, daikon radish, sweet lupine, fava beans, and sweet corn shoots. We also bring custom microgreen blends, giving customers vibrant, nutrient-dense, and distinctive options they won’t find at any other stall.
