Katie Cakes is the creation of Popular Pastry Chef Katie Garcia-Swann. Katie has worked at some of Nashville’s most popular restaurants such as Mockingbird, Lockeland Table, Omni Hotel and most recently the pastry chef for E3 Chophouse owned by Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean. Katie Cakes serves the very popular K-Brookie as well as Artisan Cinnamon rolls, Specialty Cakes, Celebration Cakes and many assortments of cookies. Katie adds seasonal pastries and cakes with fresh ingredients grown locally. Katie has been will be featured in Edible Nashville next month for her Strawberry Cake made with local strawberries. She has also been featured in Williamson Source News and Today in Nashville.
