Pasta Galifi is a pasta manufacturer company. We specialize in the production of fresh and dry authentic Italian pasta, using high quality semolina flour. Our pasta is vegan, and has only two ingredients (water and semolina flour). It is made here locally in Nashville, TN.
We now have a food truck that turns our homemade pasta into authentic Italian dishes.
Andrea was born in Rome, Italy and Annabella in Nashville, TN. Together they share a passion for delicious Italian food and pasta done right.
