Husband and wife business started in 2009. Small batch whiskeys, brandies and liqueurs using local ingredients. Featuring classic Pear and Apple Eau de Vie made in the European style using no sugar. Apricot, cherry and plum brandy as well made in the same style. Our whiskey is heavy on rye, with a yearly bourbon and oat release as well as collaborative projects with other local businesses. Our liqueurs include Nocino (our flagship product made from unripe walnuts) and a deep purple spirit made from the Haskap berry. We also produce occassional seasonal specials, such as Rhubarb and Strawberry liqueur.
