Winter Truffle Mayonnaise

Light, creamy and subtly flavored with truffle, this mayonnaise will go well with many accompaniments. With vegetable sticks, hard-boiled eggs or even shrimp or langoustines, the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients
Sunflower oil, water, egg yolk, mustard (mustard seeds, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, preservative: E222 (including sulphites)), red wine vinegar [red wine vinegar (sulphites), preservative: E222 (including sulphites)], winter truffles (Tuber brumale, Tuber melanosporum) 3%, natural flavouring, lemon juice, salt, sugar, rice starch, thickener: E415.

Store in a dry place away from heat. Best before: see lid. After opening, keep cool and consume within one month.
