Rowhouse Roots

Hi there! We're Oliver and Bee Hourihan, partners and co-owners of Rowhouse Roots. Since we bought a townhome last summer, we've become obsessed with gardening in our small space. We've designed an intentional planting system for all of our up cycled containers, since they typically do not have built-in drainage holes. We thrift glass, crystal, and unique containers to house even cooler succulents that we collect and grow! The planting system features a "false bottom," which is a layer we've created beneath the soil to promote easy gardening. The landscaping fabric separates soil from clay pebbles, which absorb excess moisture and assist in making sure your plant is ready to grow -- no need to repot when you get home! We pride ourself on knowing the stories behind our products and making gardening accessible for small living spaces.
