At Mimi’s Artisan Bakery, we’re a small, family-owned bakery with a passion for crafting wholesome, freshly baked goods as sourdough breads, bagels, cookies, cakes and pastries. Our recipes have been lovingly passed down through generations—preserving the traditional methods and authentic flavors of the past. We take pride in using only natural, clean, non-GMO ingredients. Our breads are made with pure spring water, sea salt, unbleached flour, and homemade sourdough starter. At the heart of our process is our own stone mill, where we freshly grind hard red and white spring wheat berries sourced from the U.S. prairies. These grains are rich in gluten and full of nutrients often lost in industrial refining. Our whole wheat flour retains all the goodness nature intended—delivering both exceptional taste and nutritional value.
