Plum Creek adheres to the core components of raising Wagyu beef, providing the animals with an environment that’s as stress-free as possible. Unlike traditional beef cattle that are packed tightly in outdoor pens, Plum Creek’s Wagyu beef is raised in small groups rather than in large herds and are provided with access to both indoor and outdoor spaces. Remaining stress-free promotes the process of marbling.

Husband and wife team Ben and Amy Benson have brought the amazing delicacy of Wagyu beef from Japan to the pastures of their small Seward, Nebraska farm and to the tables of North American residents. Ben and Amy have been raising 100% fullblood Back Japanese Wagyu for five years and have used only foundation sires. All of our Wagyu cattle are registered and dna-parentage verified with the American Wagyu Association.
