The French Toast Co. is a breakfast and lunch food truck serving freshly made French toast creations throughout Columbia, SC. With roots in both Columbia and Charleston, the food trailer specializes in indulgent sweet and savory varieties—from classic brioche French toast to inventive sandwiches such as our popular Big Frenchie with a chicken breast filet, bacon, eggs, and cheese between two French toast slices.

Launched in early 2025 with a soft opening in Columbia, The French Toast Co. quickly gained traction with local fans thanks to its flavorful menu and Instagram-friendly presentation.
