Sourdough Kitchen Jax

Sourdough Kitchen Jax is a cottage bakery focused on all things sourdough! I make traditional sourdough bread, plus focaccia, sandwich breads, scones, muffins, bagels, and more. All items are long-fermented or made from discard with no additional (unfermented) flour. I strive to use only high quality, natural ingredients--local whenever possible!
