Since 2011, James and J Y have been brewing and bottling a premium kombucha called Champagne Tea in upper Westchester, NY. Using only organic ingredients and purified water, Champagne Tea is available in the following flavors: Ginger Turmeric, Classic, Tres Limon, Mango Red Shiso, SuperBlue and special 10th anniversary flavor, Elderflower.
