Clear Skies Meadery brews mead on site, right below in the basement of our taproom. We source lightly filtered honey from US beekeepers, which helps retain its natural aromatics.
Our Meads are a little hazy because they are unfiltered and minimally processed. We keg our meads while fermentation is still ongoing so that you can have a naturally carbonated mead in your glass. Our mead is aged with whole dried spices, whole fruit, or fruit purees which contributes to the meads complex flavor and rich aromatic profiles.
