Jo’s Garden
Vendor
About a year ago my 95-year-old grandfather who never gets up before noon, called me one morning at 7 AM saying that he had watched a program the evening before and he thought we should start a hydroponic farm. This was an especially interesting idea, as neither of us have ever been farmers. LOL. But if you are blessed enough to have a 95-year-old grandfather with the energy and creativity To want to start a new business, you learn.
A few months later we were constructing a new building, a couple of months after that installing a hydroponic system, and Jo’s Garden was born. Named after my grandmother who passed away years ago, Jo had a legendary green thumb, and loved nothing more than to spend time in her garden.
The world is ever-changing, and now more than ever the ability to bring sustainable, locally grown food to the community is vital. We are excited to be a part of the community of farmers providing fresh herbs and micro greens to Missouri.

Bill Dinwiddie and Jen Kruse
Jo’s Garden is a family operation. Mr. bill at 95 years old, mostly does the bossing. But every once in a while we put him to work seeding plugs. Mike and Jen Kruse handle the day to day operations along with their two kiddos Kayleigh and Zavannah. Every item grown has been handled from day one by members of this family.
