WIPS uses a four-generation-old family recipe to craft its Red Scotch Bonnet, which has a citrusy flavor and Yellow Scotch Bonnet, which has a tangy flavor. Their hot sauces are all natural, gluten free and vegan. WIPS won the 2024 Spicy International Flavor Sauce of the Year Award in the Caribbean Category and will be featured on Hot Ones Caribbean Edition, Season 4.
