I started creating hand knit blankets and plushies in May. I have had an Etsy site for five years. and take custom orders. I am also participating in the Yuletide Market in November.

Welcome! I have loved art, animals and books since I was a child. I am an avid hardback book collector and prefer to read a REAL book. I have tried many different styles of art in my life and found that I love creating wire pieces, custom plushies and altered books. I see the image in my head and am able to translate it.
I started making wire pieces in 2020, books in 2021 and plushies in 2025, as small tokens of appreciation for my colleagues, family and friends. They were a hit! I thought hmmm maybe someone else might want one and Wire Whimsy Creations was created.
My book sculptures are a labor (a lot of labor) of love. I am so proud of each one I have made. I am proud that I have found something (a hobby) that I adore.
All books used in my torn sculptures are from previous owners. They come as is and may have some wear and tear. I call that love. I do my best to restore what I can.
All whimsical items are made to order and individually produced. Each creation is handmade (variations may differ).
I try to capture you or your loved one based upon your preferences. I reserve the right to artistic leniency. Color variations will differ.
