Rad Rab was created by Mariah Ragland, a vegan mom from Knoxville, TN. After moving to Nashville and becoming vegan at Fisk University , Mariah craved the food that her mama, aunties and grandmother cooked growing up. After working at a food nonprofit after graduation, she veganized good ole’ southern soul food and created Radical Rabbit as a result.
