Hello,We understand that space can sometimes be limited at fairs. For this reason, we also offer our Mochi Setup by itself with Acai Bowls too. This setup would require 10x10 space and approximately 20 amps of power (if available). Pictures and menus are attached for your reference.

We are the Chuchu Concession: a husband-and-wife team passionate about bringing bold, refreshing flavors and authentic Asian culture to fairs and festivals across the U.S.My wife, lovingly known as “Chuchu,” is originally from the Philippines. With her deep roots in Southeast Asian cuisine and vibrant personality, she brings a one-of-a-kind charm to our booth. Everything we serve is inspired by her cultural background and our shared love of food, fun, and community. Together, we’ve created an energetic food experience that’s both unique and approachable and guests are loving it.Our booth is designed for high-volume service and eye-catching presentations.
