My name is Vervica Selby, and while I work full-time as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting children on the autism spectrum, my love for baking has always been at the heart of who I am. Baking is more than a hobby—it’s a tradition rooted in my Bahamian family and a way for me to share love and joy with others.
Our signature Red Velvet Cake has been passed down through generations, and I take pride in keeping that tradition alive. Topped with rich, creamy cream cheese icing, it’s a recipe that blends family history with the warmth of homemade baking.
When I’m not working or pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and Elementary Education, you’ll find me in the kitchen, creating sweet treats and enjoying time with my family. Through every cake, I hope to bring people together and share a piece of my heritage.
