Sleepy Hollow Coffee Roasters provides premium coffee beans, craft-roasted in micro batches, putting great coffee within reach.

On market days, in addition to our freshly roasted whole beans in sealed bags, we offer our delicious coffees, hot or iced, individually hand-brewed using the pour over method and, occasionally, freshly baked sweet treats.

Standard Coffees – These may be blends or single-origins and are available year-round. Being an agricultural product, individual coffees are subject to change with availability and to prioritize freshness, however, we carefully choose each component to deliver a consistent flavor profile every time.Limited Release Coffees – These single-origin coffees may come from anywhere in the world but are sourced from a specific farm or cooperative or some other homogeneous site or community that conveys and preserves their distinctive qualities. They are standout selections with limited availability.
