Sleepy Hollow Coffee Roasters provides premium coffee beans, craft-roasted in micro batches, putting great coffee within reach.

On market days we offer delicious brewed coffee, hot or iced, individually hand-brewed using the pour over method, in addition to our freshly roasted whole beans in sealed bags.

Standard Coffees – These may be blends or single-origins and are available year-round. Being an agricultural product, individual coffees are subject to change with availability and to prioritize freshness, however, we carefully choose each component to deliver a consistent flavor profile every time.
Limited Release Coffees – These single-origin coffees may come from anywhere in the world but are sourced from a specific farm or cooperative or some other homogeneous site or community that conveys and preserves their distinctive qualities. They are standout selections with limited availability.
