We produce authentic Roman-style pinsa — a lighter cousin of pizza. Each one is par-baked, vacuum sealed, and sold as a take & bake meal that customers love keeping in their fridge or freezer. We currently offer 10 popular flavors, and our products have been performing very well at other farmers markets.
