MI 10 Spices is a spice blend that was created as a blend of herbs and spices to enhance the flavors of many different foods. It started as a grilling spice and became a favorite of friends and family. It is used in sauces, dressings and dips.
It’s a great “Everything” spice.

I have worked in the foodservice industry for 50 years. I grew up in MtP, my family owned Falsetta’s Casa Nova. I owned Rosemary’s Restaurant, managed the foodservice at Mid Michigan College, and owned Pepperoncini’s Restautant in Harrison. As an encore I taught food services/culinary arts ant GITEC until I retired in 2016. I am a ServSafe instructor/proctor and have a USDA license (FLPL207173)
