The start-up team, led by me, Vero, has crafted this business as a tribute to the people and heritage of the Dominican Republic. While not famous for its desserts, the Dominican culture is famous for its hospitality and charm.

And that's what Chinola is all about. When the “Open” sign turns here, we want you to feel the warmth and fun of returning home, and the easiness of a Sunday morning because that's what it's like to be in DR.
