I have a small, indoor vertical farm in Cortlandt Manor where I grow about 10 different varieties of microgreens. I use only organic seeds in organic soil and ZERO pesticides or fertilizers. I also make vegan-gluten-free mini muffins with the microgreens I grow!

I grew up in the Peekskill/Cortlandt Manor area, passionate about ecology, sustainability, and people. When my daughter became vegan, I decided to grow microgreens to offer her the best nutritional advantage and found I loved it so much, I made it a business! I'm. not the best cook but I can make a mean muffin and I LOVE providing the highest quality greens possible to my customers, family and friends.
