Mushroom salt is a great way to add the umami flavor of mushrooms to any dish while avoiding the texture. Our mushroom salt is made of mushrooms we grow and dried ourselves and sea salt. We use lion's mane, several oyster varieties, shiitake, and golden enoki. These 1oz packages are the perfect size to give it try without being scared to try something new!
