Kalbas Farms

A family endeavor in Hamilton, Texas. We grow year-around hydroponic lettuce and in ground veggies of various types, focusing especially on salads. We also sell fresh flowers, chicken eggs, duck eggs and are working toward goat cheese production. Our three older children are saving up for college and selling at farmer's markets is a way to earn some savings and learn some valuable skills
