Copper Ashes
Vendor
I create striking mixed-media jewelry that fuses natural history with metal artistry. I use a technique called electroforming—a process that uses low-voltage electricity to grow layers of copper onto a conductive surface over time. This allows me to preserve and transform real, ethically sourced materials such as insects, bones, crystals, fossils, flowers, wet specimens, crab claws/shells, seashells, leaves, and other found objects into permanent, wearable art.
The result is a collection of one-of-a-kind talismans that feel both ancient and otherworldly—bold yet delicate, raw yet refined. My work captures the fleeting beauty of nature in enduring copper, offering pieces that are as unique as the materials they are made from. My jewelry speaks to those drawn to the uncanny, the enchanted, and the eternal magic of the natural world.
