We are an acai smoothie bowl company based in Logan, Utah. We provide our customers with delicious bowls that contain 100% real fruit, no purees, no added sugar, and are also gluten free and dairy free. On top of our fruit based bowls, we add toppings such as granola, fresh fruit, peanut butter drizzle, etc.
Ian and Bronson are a couple of fitness gurus who decided to start a business to provide healthy eating options in the Cache Valley area. Ian is an engineering student, while Bronson is studying pre-med. Both are involved with the Utah State spirit squad. Between cheer and going to school full time, they somehow found time to start a small business. Last year, Swoll Bowl had a very successful first summer season and is very excited to open us a second food booth! Ian's brother and sister in law, Christian and Kandice have decided to go along on the crazy ride and open up the second booth. They are very excited to be able to attend events throughout Utah and Idaho.
