Owners Luke and John met slinging beers behind bars In Squamish back in 2020. In between keg changes and general havoc (both macro and micro) they realised they shared a deep passion for craft food and drink. They appreciated and were excited by the science and artistry of flavour creation, they spent hours discussing what seemed to be lacking behind their local bars and how their combined passion and experience could be a contribution. Through trial and error, blind tastings with pals, and many pseudo science fair experiments they came up with their perfect non-alcoholic Ginger Beer recipe. They luckily happened to be perfectly poised to begin their first ever production while working at a local brewery. Their Ginger Beer was an immediate success, and inspired by the many rave customer reviews, Luke and John decided to go out on their own and start their own business. Since then, Dentville, while still very much a pop & pop shop, has been steadily gaining traction across the sea to sky where you can find it on tap and In cans at over 28 local Bars, Cafes, Breweries and Restaurants. Our Ginger Beer is the star of the show with each 12oz serving containing over 1oz of pure Ginger juiced pressed right here in Squamish. We strive for clean flavorful soda so only use natural ingredients and half the sugar when compared to mainstream soda brands. We even built our own pasteurizer so we don't have to use any artificial preservatives! We are expand our product line exclusively for local farmers Markets using the same foundation in beliefs but crafting new and exciting flavors.
