How We Impact the Community
The Entreprenista Academy & Development (TEA) is more than a nonprofit—it's a movement grounded in lived experience and cultural accountability. As a woman survivor of domestic violence and financial abuse, our founder created TEA as a safe haven and launchpad for BIPOC women facing trauma, displacement, or systemic injustice.
Our local impact includes:
PillarSHE™ Support Services: Wraparound care including legal advocacy, financial empowerment, and healing-centered programs.
Entrepreneurial Training: Culturally relevant coaching, mentorship, and small business incubation for BIPOC women.
Community Engagement: Healing circles, economic justice forums, and resource fairs tailored to the unique needs of our communities.
Sustainability Innovation: Piloting models that promote energy equity, ownership, and climate resilience within low-income communities.
We believe that when women from marginalized communities are safe and supported, they don’t just survive—they rise and rebuild entire generations.
