Why fresh milled flour?
Fresh Milled Four:
Protein Rich, Cholesterol Free, Low Glycemic
Index, Aids Gut, Bacteria. Fresh flour is rich in
Folate, Fiber, Choline, Antioxidants, Potassium,
Magnesium, Selenium, Vitamin K, Vitamin E,
Vitamin B (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin). Soluble and
Insoluble fiber and active enzymes. Fresh milled
flour has to be used immediately or stored in the
refrigerator or freezer.
Store Bought Flour:
Is void of Bran and Germ so the fiber has
been sifted out. It is also bleached and
enriched because it is missing vital nutrients
that prevent diseases. Fresh Flour
spoils in a matter of days so this is why store
bought flour is stripped with preservatives added.
